The mainstay and signature of the Lake Chalice portfolio, this Sauvignon Blanc takes mainly fruit from the mature vines of our Talon block locate in the Dillions Point sub region.  Lifted aromas of gooseberry and herbaceous notes, the palate is fresh clean and bright showing generous passionfruit, blackcurrant bud and hints of lychee with a refreshing long aftertaste.
