Lake Chalice The Raptor Chardonnay 2021

Our Raptor range of wines are superior examples of the grape varieties.  This Chardonnay comes from a small parcel of unique fruit which is chosen for the clear varietal expression it displays.  Fermented in new and seasoned French oak barrels from wild yeast it has beautiful flinty notes with toasted hazelnut and spice on the nose.  The palate is concentrated with an opulent texture and flavours of citrus lemon with spice from the oak.
