Lamb and chicken sausage from Podhale
Coarsely ground sausage, low-yield, made from small pieces of lamb and poultry. Properly selected and hand-crushed meat raw materials are subjected to a long-term dry curing process. According to a strictly defined recipe, the meat stuffing is prepared with the addition of natural spices, visible in the cross-section, mainly fresh garlic and coarsely ground white pepper. Its characteristic aroma is given by a hint of herbal pepper. The sausage is smoked in a traditional smokehouse with fruit wood smoke, and then subjected to baking and drying processes. Available for HALAL certification.
