Homemade Italian pasta. Our - Italian! - chef makes this southern specialty following the example of his Italian colleagues. The fine pasta forms the separation between the different layers, alternately a deliciously seasoned bolognaise sauce and a creamy cheese sauce. All this covered with a layer of freshly grated cheese.
