Lasagne with spinach
Hand made, veretarian version of basic italian dish. Filling made of spinach leaves (not spinach paste) with addition of ricotta cheese. Taste of bechamel sauce is balanced with lemon zest.
Recomended preparation: remove the upper foil, put in the oven preheated to a temperature of 220°C and heat for about 20 minutes.
Available in a convenient and functional aluminium tray, suitable also for microwave (heat for about 6 minutes (700W).
Store in temperature range from 0ºC to +6ºC
