LE CLOS - Malbec Red - AOP Cahors With aromas of black fruits and light tannins, the Clos Malbec red is an easy and pleasant wine to drink in any occasion. It will be the perfect accompaniment to cold meats, grilled meats, etc. or piece of veal. Cultivated on the "terre de causse", gathered in depressions karstic, the vine benefits a relatively rich soil and deep. This gives wines on the fruit, moderately tannic and to be enjoyed on all occasions. This terroir also expresses itself ideally on white (Viognier and Chardonnay) as well as than in Malbec rosé.
