Lemay is a rye-based, triple distilled vodka. Like all of our products, it's a premium grain to glass spirit.

Our grain is locally sourced and certified organic. Tracability is available.

To main benefit of producing grain to glass is to keep the expression of the grain, therefore, you'll get refined flavors of hazelnut and subtle spices on the finish.

It is charcoal filtered to ensure a truly smooth and creamy texture.
