Liptauer authentic spread from sheep`s and cow`s milk

This fresh cheese preparation "echter Liptauer" is traditionally made from "Brimsen" and is refined with butter and fresh vegetables (onions, gherkins, capers and bell peppers). Especially in Austria "Liptauer" is a very popular spread and is traditionally served at wine taverns ("Heurigen").
