Logadi is a traditional Greek yellow cheese with only 17% fat. It is produced by 50% goat and sheep’s milk and 50% cow’s milk, with strict specifications and a lot of “meraki” (a Greek work that cannot be translated but means love, care and dedication, all in one!) The result is a mature product with stable and high quality.
