Loggia di Colli Chardonnay
The grapes are lightly pressed and the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 15°-16°C. The wine rests on fine deposits in steel tanks until spring at a controlled temperature of 12°-13°C to develop the secondary aromas.
Bright intense straw yellow with golden tones. Fruity notes of apple, pear and intense pineapple. On the nose notes of walnut and hazelnut with a honey aroma. A highly structured wine with almond-honey tones rounded by exotic fruit flavours.
Excellent as an aperitif, an ideal pairing with light meals and with fish dishes.
