For salamis made of 100% beef meats; beef meats and fats, salt, and various spices are mixed into a special machine and turned into a paste. With smoked beef tongue shreds being added, the paste then is filled into printed special covers and steamed in the steam furnaces. Cooled products are put on the market as block products in the parcels.
