Finest selected, well flavoured best quality meat, vacuumed, then boiled for 10 hourse in 85 C. All aroma sauce is closed in vacuum bag, and is affecting the meat for all the shelf life time. Made for somebody who likes delicous meal, but doesn't have enough time to do this. Product is juicy and tender.
