Mahón PDO cheese

Mahón cheese is a soft to hard white cheese from Menorca made from cows milk.  The cheese is buttery sharp, slightly salty (from the sea salt content) and lightly aromatic (sweet and nutty in taste)

One of the most known Spanish cheeses outside of Spain, due to the large amount of tourists from Northern Europe.

Available in semi-mature and extra mature, as full cheeses in different sizes and maturities or wedges/ slices.
