Selected from a single estate, which has been working in compliance with organic production regulations since the end of the 2000s. Its conversionto organic production revives tradition using old farming methods, which have now been perfectd. The vineyard is managed without the use of chemicals, respecting the soil, flora and fauna. A pioneer in the region and a quality reference, it has been working exclusively with Maison Marlère since 2013.
