Manyuki Imo Shochu
Ibaraki Prefecture is the second largest producer of sweet potatoes in Japan. Since it is using the sweet potatoes grown in Ibaraki, it is a shochu which is slightly sweet and easy to drink. This is an authentic sweet potato shochu finished in the traditional way.
Best way to drink: on the rocks, with water or hot water
