MAYOR - Fruit cocktail

Serve Mayor's fruit cocktail on a scoop of vanilla ice cream or creamy vanilla custard. Alternatively half a sponge flan horizontally, lightly soak with Vermouth and coat the bottom half with sweetened ricotta. Place the other half over the ricotta. Cover the top with vanilla custard and top with Mayor's fruit cocktail pieces.
