Mazapan Touron with fruits

The traditional range of Tourons is widening to offer you more tastes and textures from the Mediterranean coast. This time, The Confiserie du Tech was inspired by Spain to create one of a kind products which belong to the Roussillon heritage. The Touron is a mediterranean speciality which brings together the virtues of dried fruits combined with the sweetness of honey. The Mazapan Touron is a cooked paste with large percent of almonds, filled with crystallized melon and flavoured with lemon. It is a mainstay in regional holidays.
