The Menken kitchen experienced a big growth in the Mediterranean products. It started with the production of Hummus. We started delivery at Albert Heijn and a few years later some big Austrian and German retailers followed. At this moment we deliver our Hummus to Austria, Swiss, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands off course. After the Hummus success we started developing other Mediterranean products like Couscous, Quinoa, several kinds of sauces like Tahina, Aioli and Tapenade. And we will continue developing this assortment in the future!
