The main ingredient of this blend is Keemun - one of the oldest and most famous Chinese black teas, the original English Breakfast.
Keemun teas take their name from the city of Qimen, located between the Yellow Mountains and the Yangtze River. Their rich flavor and aroma is created by a long drying process and the Maillard reaction that takes place during roasting.
Taste notes: Full of malt, smoky aromas and caramel, enhanced by fermentation with dark cane sugar.
