COLOR

Bright, medium viscosity, with a straw-yellow sparkle.

AROMA

Soft and deep. In addition to juniper berry and coriander, tropical fruits such as banana, mango and melon emerge, as well as sweet spices and a honeyed note: vanilla, roast, toffee and honeycomb.

FLAVOR

The beginning is round and soft. First the fruitier notes emerge (apricot and peach), which are soon supplemented by juniper and orange zest, and then smartly combined with mild spiciness, cinnamon and nutmeg. The oak barrel adds depth with characteristic vanilla notes. Delicate oak roast and playful spiciness linger in the aftertaste.
