One of the important components of the plant is salicylic acid found mainly in its leaves. Salicylic acid, being a member of the Beta Hydroxy Acid family, works mainly as a gentle keratolytic agent which combats the signs of ageing. Improves the radiance of the complexion and smooths the skin. GOTU KOLA EXTRACT

Gotu Kola is known as Brahmi in Ayurvedic Medicine, meaning "Greatest of the Great". It is considered the "herb of enlightenment" and the most powerful of the rejuvenating herbs in Ayurvedic medicine. The main active ingredients in Centella asiatica are asiatic acid, madecassic acid and asiaticoside.
