Fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, the fermentation takes place over 32 days. And then this 100% Verdejo is aged during 18 months over the lees inside a concrete egg shape tanks.
If you like, clean and open aromatic white wine, with a touch of complexity, showing the amazin " terroir " the RUEDA region is giving to its white wines... this is it !
