DATE HARVESTED: Manual, in the 2nd - 3rd week of October.
PROCESS: Traditional method. Cold maceration for 12 hours. Controlled alcoholic fermentation between 26 - 28ºC in stainless steel tanks. The controlled malolactic fermentation is carried out in the tank.
AGEING: Aged in French Oak barrel for two months, in order to complex the wine and enhance its fruity and floral character. Slight pass through the barrel, seeking greater expression of wine.

Color - Intense cherry red color with violet tones, very clean and bright.
Aroma.- High intensity, fruity and floral aromas, marked varietal character with subtle tones of spices and red fruits and a light toasting afforded by the wood.
