Mozzarella is originally produced in the south of Italy. For its production we use only very good quality of milk.
It is the part of pasta filata group of cheese, which is produced in pressure and extension process of cheese all prepared in hot water or whey. The surface of the cheese is smooth and bright, the upper surface is very thin, in milky white colour with straw tone and elastics consistence. The taste is mild a little sweat.
Mozzarella is served in a fresh, natural way or as a addition for pizza, salad, meat and casserole.
