Grapes are fully hand harvested.

Golden colour. Rich nose with aromas of honey and apricot. Supple and pleasant in the taste, it shows a round and full mouth feeling, a silky texture without any excess thanks to an elegant and firm acidity.

Ideal for an aperitif, with warm shellfish, foie gras from the skillet, poultry in sauce and wild fowl or soft cheeses.

To be served between 8 and 10°C.
