Above all, this Sylvaner is a wine of immeadite pleasure : refreshing, easy to drink, but at the same time structured with persistence and personality. It has amazing notes of white peaches and mirabelle. The mouth is structured, fresh and perfectly balanced by a ripe and wellestablished acidity. 

Enjoy this Sylvaner as an aperitif, with seafood, snails, and shrimp cocktail.

To be served between 8 and 10°C.
