WINEMAKING & AGEING Made by the traditional method of white wines. Fermentation takes place slowly to fix all the aromatic and fresh character,without the solid parts of the grapes in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15ºC for two weeks.

TASTING NOTES Bright color. Fresh aroma with good aromatic intensoty with notes of strawberry and currant. In the mouth it is balanced light, fresh and crunchy with a smooth refreshing and pleasant finish.
