Natural orchid extract is obtained by blending different 100% natural extracts. It is designed to make up a powerful aromatic fragrance typical of orchids and the flowers it comprises (vanilla, ylang-ylang, jasmine, white orchids), resulting in a slightly musky and sweet flavour.
For cooking, it is used to subtly highlight flavours in coffee liqueurs, ice creams, cream desserts, patisserie cream, tiramisu, charlottes, bavarois and more. Orchid extract goes very well with cocoa (coulis, cakes, cream, mousse and sauce) and poached pears.
Recommended amount: less than 1g / kg of preparation/mixture.
