The taste of carob is very similar to chocolate and considering its natural sweetness, it requires only a small amount of additional sweetener (in our product, the honey). It containsunsaturated fatty acids, omega 6 and 9, which provide valuable support in fighting cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases. It is rich in minerals, such as: iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus and copper, including vitamin E (a powerful antioxidant). It contains no cholesterol, hydrogenated fats, gluten or casein.
