Vineyards: Located in Lujan de Cuyo, Uco Valley and Maipu región, in Mendoza, between 650 m.a.s.l. – 1060 m.a.s.l. The remarkable thermal amplitude, mainly the cool temperatures at nigh, make a slow maturation of the grapes. As a
result of this, grapes have more concentration of aromas and fresh flavors.
Winemaking
Process: Manual Harvesting. Selection of berries. Classic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using selected yeasts. Maceration extended for 15 days with assembly process. Malolactic fermentation.Filtering. Bottling. Ageing of the wine for nine months in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes : Deep red color wine with dark hues. This Malbec displays aromas of ripe plums, violets with a touch of spices. On the mouth, a sweet perception gives to this wine its own identity. These sweet notes convert the wine in a very pleasant one. The finish is long and enjoyable.
Food Pairing: Ideal to be paired with grilled red meats. White meats with creamy sauces, pasta with meat, semi hard cheeses.
