60 % Chardonnay| 30 % Chennin| 10 % Pinot Noir.
Located in the high areas of the Uco Valley, in the Province of Mendoza.
The harvest takes place between January 15 untill the beginning of March. Second fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains in contact with lees for three months.
Alcohol: 12 % Alc. / Vol.
Total Acidity: 6,1 g./l.
Residual Sugar: 7,5 g./l.
pH: 3,3
A wine with greenish flashes. Aromas of green apple , bananas and subtle notes of toasted bread. Fruity flavours of peaches and apricots. Unctuous texture and fresh finish on the mouth.
As an aperitif or accompanied by oysters or raw fish. Desserts with fresh fruit.
