Nectar – Honeydew Honey

Forest honey is produced by bees from the nectar of plants and honeydew. Location of apiaries in the immediate vicinity of the Middle Roztocze region, allows bees to benefit from nectars of specific forest-meadow ecosystem. Flora of forest provides bees with nectar and honeydew resources, and meadow plants provide nectar from plants of the sub-region mid-forest meadow.
