Nespresso

Belmoca produces premium aluminium coffee capsules for the Nespresso system. 

Plastic capsules have some significant downsides such as taste, freshness and compatibility. The plastic capsules are simply not offering a premium coffee experience. 

Belmio has chosen to use aluminium as a material for its capsules as this is the only material that can totally lock in the freshness and aroma of the coffee. Our coffee is always freshly roasted and immediately packed at our state-of-the-art facility in Belgium. 

Belmoca remain the only Nespresso compatible aluminium capsule manufacturer with a 2 year proven track record in the market. Since our launch in 2016 we have made significant innovations in the grinding and packing technology and take particular pride in the presentation of our capsules. Our mass production capsules arrive to consumers with the lids pressurized (puffed up). This is because we have optimized the packing process to lock-in the aroma and keep out oxygen which degrades the coffee aroma and taste.  We handle our beans with the utmost care and all degassing is done in oxygen-free nitrogen tanks. 

Belmio Aluminium capsules have significant advantages over plastic capsules: 

- Aluminium capsules maintain freshness for 2 years, plastic capsules stay fresh for 4 months at best. 
- Aluminium capsules are fully recyclable, plastic capsules contain an aluminium lid which renders them non-recyclable due to the mix of materials.
- Aluminium capsules fit easily in the Nespresso machines for better compatibility 
- Aluminium capsules look great, the capsules stay pressurized and look almost the same as Nespresso therefore creating a premium look and feel
- Aluminium capsules save packaging and do not need any outer packaging or flow packs like plastic capsules
