Color: The extraordinary natural yellow colour of gin is all from the gin’s signature ingredient – the most expensive spice in the world saffron. Bright, transparent, orange-yellow golden hue.

Aroma: Sweet saffron on the nose mingles with the slight hint of Madagascan vanilla.

Flavor: The saffron notes don’t come through strong enough. The initial flavor is round with zesty saffron adding flavor, ripe citrus adding freshness and juiciness to the juniper berry, plus some spices, delicate fennel and lasting vanilla in the aftertaste. The vanilla flavor is a long, dry gin with good balance.
