Non-dairy cream
We offer non-dairy creams based on palm kernel oil instead of dairy, both for cakes and for general cooking. We have a variety of flavours and types in regards to fat percentage etc. that can be used instead of, or as a supplement, to dairy creams.
When whipped, the product is ideal for decorating and filling cakes and pastry. It achieves a whipped volume of up to 400% and remains as a stable and fresh foam for several days.
Ideal for cooking by making your sauces and soups more creamy and as a thickener and garnish for various dishes. We also offer soft ice mixes. We are aware of various circumstances surrounding the production of palm oil and are therefore taking the quality standards for palm oil sustainability seriously.
