Almaverde Bio organic eggs are produced by hens with the practice of ' farming which excludes every step of the production cycle, the use of synthetic chemical compounds and that respects the health and welfare of animals, precise observing techniques of farming . The organic eggs are laid by hens raised outdoors, pecking in large grassy areas feeding on plant products from organic farming. whole production chain , from breeding, selection, packaging are inspected and certified by CCPB Bologna . Each egg has its own identity also indicated on the shell that identifies:

- The type of farming;
- the state of production
- the ISTAT code of the municipality of production
- the province of production;
- the name and place of rearing where the hen laid the egg;
- date deadline.
