This product is the most premium, the most concentrated, purest, and the most versatile açaí product in the market. 

Product obtained from fresh açaí berries that are hand picked, pulped and frozen, before being pasteurized (optional) and homogenized.

The frozen puree, that has a creamy thickness and soft texture, is taken to the freeze-drying machines in which they are submitted to the vacuum where the sublimation process is carried out. Here the puree passes directly from the solid state to the gaseous state, removing all water existing in the pulp, turning it into small 100% natural flakes, concentrating even more its nutritional properties and being able to return to the pulp state only by adding water and freezing. 

Freeze-dry is the most optimal way to maintain all the high nutrient rich profile of the açaí berry, as it does not use high temperatures, as is the case with spray-dry. 

We only work with freeze dry processing and work with 100% pure organic açaí, without any fillers like maltodextrin. 

This product is vegan and free of additives, preservatives, added sugar, gluten, allergens, lactose, sodium, while containging significant amount of omega 3, 6 and 9.
