An exceptional source of OMEGA 3 bioavailable
An exceptional source of OMEGA 3 bioavailable
There are many sources of Omega 3, which can be grouped into two categories: foods of animal origin and those of plant origin.
If our body does not know how to make these fatty acids, it can synthesize them from a "precursor" Omega 3: alpha linolenic acid or ALA. We can therefore distinguish the foods that will provide us with this Omega 3 to make the others (through the action of an enzyme called delta 6-desaturase) and the foods that will directly provide us with the "finished products" (called EPA and DHA).
If there is no longer any doubt about the nutritional richness of flax, it is very difficult to digest, because flaxseed contains 3 inhibitors (protein, amylase and phytic acid).
But SFB has good news for you : the sprouting of flax will make it possible to explode the enzymatic concentration (in particular the delta 6-desaturase) allowing a much better assimilation and a better transformation into EPA and DHA and other nutrients because phytic acid is divided by 2.

BENEFITS OF FLAX GERM
Increases the activity of the enzyme making flax bioavailable for better nutrient absorption
Increases essential fatty acids
Increases the concentration of lineages (which disappear when using linseed oil)
Increases the concentration of vitamins C, E and choline, folic acid, biotin and beta-carotene
Allows a better ratio of soluble and insoluble fibre
Allows to stabilize the product without any rancidity

ADVANTAGES OF SPROUTED FLAX
10 g provides 2400 mg of omega 3
Improves blood flow, tissue oxygenation, resistance and endurance.
The more than 2 years shelf life and room temperature study showed no evidence of rancidity. Organoleptic studies have not shown any abnormal odours. A great first compared to linseed oil.
The sprouting process also showed an increase in enzymes, vitamins and minerals. All these elements are kept during our drying or grinding process.
