Organic Wild Rye Flour
Wild Rye is a 7,000-year-old grain variety, originally from the Middle East. Also called St Johns Rye, Perennial Rye or Waldstauden Roggen.The grain is clearly smaller, tastes sweet and rustic.
Organic Wild Rye Flour is milled from the whole grain on our stonemill. The millstone slowly and gently grinds the grain to ensure it is processed at a low temperature and carefully milled. This process ensures that the aroma and vitality of each grain is well preserved.
