As protected geographical indications (PGI), these delicacies rank alongside other traditional specialities, such as Parma ham, champagne, and Grana Padano cheese, among the best foods in Europe.

In addition to the official EU symbol, they also bear the original seal of the city of Nuremberg, where they can only be made according to an approved recipe. Our deliciuous, small sized sausages (7cm - 9cm) made by minced meat from pork, additionally pea-sized pieces of meat, not reddened and filled in natural casings. They are boiled, vacuum-packed and pasteurized and perfect on grill or preparation in the pan.
