Colour: Bright cherry red. Bouquet: Fruity, refined and intense, with Marasca and Cerasa cherry fragrances. Taste: Dry, harmonic and persistent. Alcohol content: 13 % vol. Serving temperature: 8/10 °C. Food combining: Ideal with all fish dishes, fish soups, pasta with sauce, cheese and pizza.
