Our fresh Canelés are packed in air tight boxes under modified atmosphere. We advise the conservation at room temperature. The shelf life is 30 days. Instructions for use : Remove the pack Place the Canelé in a preheated oven at 401°F for 5 minutes to produce a crispy exterior. Let it cool before eating Once the packaging is opened, the Canelé should be kept in a fridge and eaten within 2 days.
