Multi award-winning traditional Island of Pag cheese made exclusively from the milk of the Island of Pag' autochthonous breed of sheep. The Island of Pag is subject to a unique climate which produces a special strain of Dalmatian sage which in turn permeates the quality and taste of the milk.
