The art of puffpastry is building a perfect layered product that is delicate and crispy at the same moment and that melts slowely in the mouth without sticking to your teeth. Now thats a mouth full!

We have been baking Palmeras since 4 decades and prepare on 7 production lines more then 1,5 million cookies a day for clients world wide. Our Palmera is available with margarine or butter in trays, boxes and bulk. 

We prepare 70 % under private label and work in more then 40 countries.
