P'Amore
Kärntnermilch has been producing the pamore for many decades. The typical crumbly cheese dough has a long tradition in the southern Alpine region. Due to the long ripening period in connection with special cheese cultures, aromas of pineapple and tropical fruits, which makes the Pamore a special taste experience. The cheese is matured for approx. 14 months.
