TASTING COMMENTS

Shiraz is commonly known as Australia’s most prominent and highly regarded red wine variety. This wine is deep ruby red in colour. The nose displays fruit aromas of plum, blackcurrant and raspberry. These flavours continue onto the soft and smooth palate. Subtle oak characters of chocolate and spice have helped to create a wine of great balance.
