PDO/AOP Roquefort

Founded in 1872, Gabriel Coulet family has been producing and maturing Roquefort since then. The Dairy is still run by the same family since 5 generations. It has won several prizes, espacially gold medals at the 2016 Paris General Agricultural Contest for its Roquefot La Petite Cave.
