Verdannet is specialised in the production of the 3 AOP/PDO of Savoie, and recognised for its high quality and traditional cheeses.
CHEESE HISTORY
Tome des Bauges is a French cheese from the Bauges Mountains (Savoie). Tome des Bauges was already being produced back in the 17th century and is the fruit of very ancient traditions and skills. For a long time it was defined as “the cheese peasants eat”.
