Pecorino Romano can be eated from 6 months maturity and had a spicy , piquant and salty flavour along with the distinctive flavour of sheep’s milk.
2. Pecorino Toscano -
Pecorino Toscano is a centuries-old table cheese from Tuscany. This cheese was at one time the only cheese found on an Italian table.
