Selected from the best parcels of vines
On north facing limestone slopes.
Handed picked and sorted on the vines and then in the chai.
Fermented and aged in new oak barrels from one or two wines
for 8 to 10 months.
TASTING
A rich, complex and powerful nose of candied and white fruits
with hints of lemon. Subtle notes of spices and flowers with grilled
notes. In the mouth the wine is round, smooth and fresh with hints
of citrus on the finish typical of the Vermentino grapes.
